MIHEL EP500 MT – Ceramic Additive for Manual Gearbox

MIHEL EP500 MT is a high-performance additive developed to protect and revitalise manual gearboxes. Using advanced nano-ceramic technology, it reduces friction, smooths gear transitions, and extends the lifespan of critical transmission components — even under demanding driving conditions.

The intelligent nano-particle formula forms a durable ceramic–metal protective layer on metal surfaces. This layer provides ultra-low friction and excellent thermal conductivity, maintaining stable gearbox operation and effectively preventing wear and damage to synchronisers, bearings, and gears.

How to Use

Step 1
Refer to the dosage chart on the back of the product packaging. Always determine the correct amount based on the gearbox oil capacity.

Step 2
Add the measured amount of additive directly into the gearbox oil filler neck. Ensure the oil has reached its normal operating temperature before application.

Step 3
After adding the additive, replace the filler cap and drive for 20–30 miles (30–50 km), accelerating and decelerating several times while shifting through all gears to allow the additive to circulate evenly. After this, the vehicle can be driven normally.

Step 4
Full gearbox protection is achieved after approximately 6,500 miles (10,000 km) from application.

• 1–3 litres of oil: 1 dose
• 3–6 litres of oil: 2 doses
• 6–10 litres of oil: 3 doses
