MIHEL EP500 FP is a high-performance additive designed to protect and revitalise fuel pumps and injectors. Its advanced formula, enriched with nano-ceramic particles featuring exceptional surface activity, forms a durable ceramic–metal protective layer on metal components. This layer provides ultra-low friction and excellent thermal conductivity, ensuring long-term protection and smooth operation of the entire fuel system.

Compatible with all types of petrol and diesel fuels — including 95, 98, LPG, diesel, and biofuels — this additive significantly reduces friction, prevents wear, and enhances the reliability and longevity of fuel system components.

Regular use helps extend the lifespan of both fuel pumps and injectors, maintaining efficiency and performance over time.

  • Provides protection for up to 75,000 miles (120,000 km)
  • Ensures cleaner fuel delivery and smoother combustion

Why Use MIHEL EP500 FP?

  • Regenerates and extends the life of the fuel pump
  • Cleans and optimises injector performance
  • Improves cold engine start-up
  • Lubricates and protects the entire fuel system
  • Reduces fuel consumption
  • Promotes smoother and more stable engine operation

How to Use

Step 1
Follow the dosage table provided with the product. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

Step 2
Add the measured amount of additive directly into the fuel tank filler neck. Ensure the engine has reached its normal operating temperature before application.

Step 3
After adding the additive, replace the fuel cap and start the engine. Once completed, the vehicle can be driven as normal.

Step 4
Full protection of the fuel pump and injectors is achieved after driving approximately 650 miles (1,000 km) following the final application.
